One star is too much for this shop, the worse experience ever! I ordered a product from the online shop, fully paid for it and the delivery and never got it - been 2 weeks already. I had selected a delivery point listed on the company’s check-out page and received a confirmation it was delivered in Poland. While Gualap support was respectful and seemed helpful in the beginning, when i finally asked for a refund because I did not receive the package, they replied in a very unprofessional way, telling me I should contact DPD and check where the parcel is, but they will accept a refund ( of a product I did not receive???). Completely unprofessional and not reliable. If you can avoid it, save the money, and do NOT order from the online shop.
